Ben will begin his journey at Cape Spear, outside of St. John's Newfoundland. Cape Spear is the easternmost point in North America. He'll then make his way across the island of Newfoundland, hitting St. John's, Gander and Corner Brook. After ten to twelve days on the bike, he'll take a ferry from Port Aux Basques, Newfoundland to North Sydney, Nova Scotia.
Riding south through Nova Scotia, Ben will pass through Cape Breton, Halifax and finally Digby, where he'll get on a ferry for Saint John, New Brunswick. While in New Brunswick, Ben will hit Saint John, Fredericton and Edmundston.
The journey will continue into the province of Quebec, where Ben will pass through Quebec City, Trois Rivieres and Montreal. Shortly after crossing the border into Ontario, Ben will visit the nation's capital, Ottawa. A few days later he'll pass through Peterborough, Oshawa and finally stop in Ajax for a local rally and a couple days' rest.
The journey thorugh Ontario will continue with stops in Toronto, Orillia, North Bay, Sudbury, Sault Ste. Marie and Thunder Bay. Ben's travels will then take him to Manitoba, as he passes through Winnipeg and Brandon. As he goes through Saskatchewan, he'll pass through a number of towns, most notably the province's capital, Regina and the town of Moose Jaw.
In Alberta, Ben will hit Medicine Hat, Calgary and Banff as his travels take him into the Rocky Mountains. In British Columbia, Ben will pass through Kamloops, Vancouver and finally Victoria, where the Cycle To Help journey will conclude.
